Couples Coaching - 14 sessions
Tonight you will set your alarm clock hoping that when it goes off in the morning you will get up and do what you tell yourself to do. You now have the tools to know what keeps you from doing those things. You now know how to be the master of your thoughts. When that alarm sounds the next morning, you are at choice. This is a Pivotal Moment. Will you stay in bed and let your thoughts control your actions or will you force your actions to control your thoughts? Just like this first pivotal moment in the day, the entire day is filled with pivotal moments - moments of truth. It is at these moments that we need to be prepared with the principles and tools needed to hold firm to our intentions and unleash our intrinsic power. You are all aware and thats key.
So, are you aware of your pivotal moments? Is your genius working in you? Are you practicing all that we went through? If you are then good on you, however most of us still have some struggles, and therefore personal growth is an ongoing practice. Thats ok! You dont exercise for 4 hours and expect an amazing body forever, you get to keep exercising. Yea! That means you are alive.

In 14 sessions we will work on 8 basic areas.
1. Communications (the most efficient and effective way to communicate to customers, consultants, potential recruits, family and friends.) (sell more, recruit more and motivate others more effectively)
2. The Now (Staying in the present moment and learn the art of turning your dream in to reality) (avoid procrastination and learn how to shift through the many roles and tasks you play daily)
3. Expectations (how to control emotions and keep things into perspective, eliminating worry and fear)
4. Systemic Thought (Learn how systemic thought serves you in taking on problems, but how it can crush relationships with customers, consultants, potential recruits, family and friends)
5. Discipline, Structure and Order (learn the freedom of obedience, how to get you to do the things you know you need to do with joy and pleasure instead of displeasure)
6. Motivation (learn how to find value in what guides you. Do things because you want to, get to and choose to instead of have to must or should)
7. Increase Self esteem and self value.
8. Plan (Create a plan for turning dream into reality)
